What should I expect from your service?
You should expect simple to use forex trading signals without any emotion or the need to sit in front of your computer waiting for a signal (unless you want to further manage our trades on your own). Simply attach our signal receiver trade copier expert advisor to your Metatrader platform, set your lot size per order and receive our alerts automatically.

When should I expect to see trades on my platform?
From the opening to the close of the Foreign Exchange Market.

Do I have to physically do any trading myself?
No, once you have installed the signal receiver onto your platform and set your risk (lot size per trade), you only need the platform running and a constant internet connection. Your signal receiver checks with our trading platform constantly making sure you are entering or exiting our trades at the exact same time. Of course you have the ability to manually manage our signals and exit any existing positions at any time if you should choose to.

What is Metatrader 4?
Metatrader 4 is a trading platform used by most major Forex Brokers. It is the software used by Forex Traders to analyze charts and execute trades. Free demo accounts are provided by brokers so the user can become familiar with the software before executing live trades. Metatrader 4 is always free to use.

What broker do I need to have an account with?
You will need a forex broker that supports the Metatrader platform.

Do I need any special software?
Yes. When you register for our trial, we will send you the install links and instructions. After downloading, you will need to install our signal receiver expert advisor on your Metatrader platform. Once installed, you will make a few quick setting changes including your risk and you are finished. This software allows you to receive trade signals generated by us that are sent out via our central server.

Why do I need a professional to trade my Forex account?
Many of us have day jobs or we don't have the time it requires to learn the Forex market on our own. The potential to make good returns in Forex is there, unfortunatelty many who trade on their own lose money. Easy Pips Forex Signals provides guidence so that you can focus on other things while our signals increase your FX account with profits.

How does the Strategy Work?
We are professional traders primarily using technical analysis. Our trading is based on the same price action patterns that institutional traders use. We are short term traders holding postions for only a few hours. We typically execute 1 to 6 trades per week with an average monthly pip goal of 200+ or 5%+ capital appreciation.

How are the signals generated?
Once the signal receiver software is loaded onto your Metatrader 4 platform, the signals sent from our account will instantly arrive on your platform and the trades will be automatically entered for execution. This process is completely automated without any need for manual intervention by you. However, you always have the choice of manually liquidating any existing trades or executing your own trades at any time. Should you lose connectivity to our server, existing trades will have stop losses but no additional trades or a change in stop losses will occur until the internet connection is re-established. Note that you will have complete control over your account. At no time will Easy Pips Forex Signals have access to any information on your account.

What if I can't or don't want to leave my computer on during the FX Trading session?
If you can't leave your computer running from the opening to the close, 24 hours, or you don't have reliable internet, you should consider a Forex VPS service.

Are there any restrictions in using Easy Pips Forex Signals?
Easy Pips Signals is licensed for a single user on one Metatrader account. You may move it from one account or broker to another but can only be connected to one account at a time. If you move to another account you must notify us with the new information.

Does Easy Pips Forex Signals experience Draw Down?
Absolutely. Draw downs are part of any profitable trading strategy. A trader must be comfortable with periodic draw down to trade the forex market. That is why risk management is crucial. One must not over leverage in order to survive inevitable draw downs.

What pairs does Easy Pips trade?
Primarily: GBP/USD, EUR/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF.

How long are positions held?
Positions are typically held from hours to several days. Most trades are closed within the trading session in which they were opened.

Is Easy Pips Forex Signals completely automated?
Our trades are manually researched and manually entered however, the account copy process where your account copies our trades is 100% automated. When we enter a position, a signal is sent to your platform to enter that same order....without any intervention from you. All you need is to have your computer on, Metatrader 4 runing and connected to the internet. Note that you always have the power to override and close any or all of your trades manually at any time.

Do I have to use Metatrader to receive your signals?
Yes. Our signal receiver is a Metatrader 4 Expert Advisor (EA) that must attach to your Metatrader 4 platform. It will not work with any other type of trading platform. If you do not want to use Metatrader, you can always download a free demo version for free to receive the signal then manually take that trade info and place it with your current broker. However this is not effecient and an MT4 account is highly recommended.

How do I cancel my service?
Log in to your paypal account and cancel your membership. If you have any issues, use our contact form to reach us. We respond to all emails within 24 hours Monday-Friday with most emails being answered within hours or sooner.
